Home Staging Tips: Keep It Neutral
/Some properties call for colour, while others would benefit from a more neutral palette.
In this property, we felt that the location (gritty downtown, urban) and the strong lines in the condo would benefit from a more natural approach. The trick to staying neutral is to think of "neutral" as more than just black, white and grey. We layered wood tones, and added texture in the materials chosen. Accessories of soft green and gold / yellow added softness, while the punches of black maintained the urban feel.
