Design & Home Staging Tips: Make Your Tiny Bedroom Feel Large

Condo bedrooms can be small, really small. Like, hobbit sized small.  How do you fit the bed, and the clothes, and the knick knacks all in one tiny room?

STEP 1:
Eliminate anything you don't need.  Keep it minimal. 

STEP 2:
Select a headboard that is low in profile.  This makes the ceiling seem higher, and won't impose on the space. 

STEP 3:
Partner with open side tables.  Chunky side tables with drawers are great for storage but will make your room seem smaller.  Think, light, airy.  Besides, with all that decluttering you did in Step 1, you can totally rock open shelf side tables!

STEP 4: 
Light light light.  Use light hues on walls and bed to keep the space feeling bright. 

STEP 5:
Make your bed.  It should go without saying, but a made bed finishes a room.
