Home Staging: Keep It Simple
/Realtor and Developer Anastasia Florin of SanFlorin Realty had a vision. She saw an up-and coming neighbourhood, knew families were moving in, and built a gorgeous home, suitable for a busy family. She knew that home staging was the best way to showcase her project and get top return for her investment.
Our Challenge: stage the home in such a way that will appeal to buyers with discerning taste, keep it suitable for kids, and showcase the homes best features.
Jennifer did a preliminary site visit as part of the Initial Consultation, and came up with a design plan. We chose to keep it light, airy, and in the same colour tones as the finishing materials. This way, the architecture speaks, on the soft backdrop of nice furnishings.
