The Importance of Staging for New Condominiums
When a new condominium development is showing units it is important to show the buyer what the future will bring. If all the building amenities are not completed professional staging is even more important. Staging individual condominium units and staging within the presentation centre helps buyers to envision the lifestyle that the building affords.
Staging a newly built condo for sale requires creativity and vision. We work with builders and developers to highlight the features of a condo - presenting a great use of space, and incorporating colour and decor that will appeal to buyers.
Staging Consultation
A Staging Consultation ($200) is the first step in getting your home ready to sell. You will receive a detailed summary of everything that should be done to get your home market ready, including minor repairs, paint colours, lighting, furniture rental list and accessories suggestions. If you book a full staging within 30 days of your Consultation, your consultation fee is credited towards your staging costs!

This urban condo is right in downtown Toronto. Amid the grittiness of the city, and the start modern lines of the condo, this condo needed to feel like an urban spa escape. We paired layers of wood with neutral furnishings in off white, tan, grey, black and white.

Condo Staging - Portland Street, Toronto

New Loft Condo Staging Showcase - Broadview Avenue, Toronto
Defining space when staging a loft style condo can turn a large empty room into a dream home. We took advantage of the panoramic view and the length of the space in this Riverside neighbourhood loft loft to ensure that the living spaces were distinct and had a great view of the outside. Staging for lofts is critical for providing that lived in and liveable feeling for your buyers.
