Renovation & Design - Century Home, Beaches, Toronto
Hundred year old homes have so much character but very little functionality. This beautiful 1917 Beaches home in Toronto needed a facelift, and some additional built-ins to support daily living. We updated the floors, kitchen, washroom, added built-in closets, added larger windows street-side, rebuilt the porch, and re-sided. But most importantly, we kept the original plaster moldings and many of the quirky interior details. Much of the baseboard and trim is original and what could not be saved, we templated and re-created.
Interior Decorating - Modern House, Oakville
Moving from a house of similar size, but completely different style, this family wanted to create a new, fresh space with furnishings more in line with the architecture. We picked up on the beautiful millwork, and mixed tailored, modern furnishings, with pops of colour, family friendly furniture, and show-stopping light fixtures.
Renovation & Decorating - Roncesvalles Villages, Toronto
This modern church conversion had builder finishes. The new owners wanted a high end, functional kitchen, new master ensuite, custom millwork and new furnishings throughout. Their taste was an eclectic mix of modern and antiques.
Interior Decorating - Leslieville, Toronto
This beautiful new build found the right owner after only a few days on the market. Her taste was eclectic. She loved layers, texture, interesting and unexpected shapes. With custom upholstery, and a mix n match approach, this house was transformed in a stunning family home.
Decorating - The Beaches
This newly renovated home was a new version of modern in Toronto’s luxury Beaches neighbourhood. Designed by Toronto Architect, Felix Leicher, this house required furniture and decor that enhanced, rather than obstructed, the beautiful architectural details. Keeping in mind the materials choice and desire for a cozy and approachable feel, we decided to add layers of texture, while keeping the main living spaces neutral. Let the people be the colour. The family-oriented spaces are vibrant with colour, and smaller pieces of furniture that are easy to move around.

Retail Design & Merchandising - Toy Haus, Toronto
The brand design was a collaborative effort between branding agency Boltzhase, the proprietor and myself. Once we settled on the logo and colour scheme, the in-store design could follow. As toys and games have colourful packaging, we decided on a simple backdrop on which to showcase the product. A mix of wood, plexi, fun lighting, and bright paint made this retail environment fun for kids to explore.
